Optical Glass Thinning
The optical glass thinning workshop is equipped with two glass thinning technologies and capacities: chemical etching and physical polishing. It can be adjusted and applied according to different customer products and requirements to achieve the best quality and efficiency output. The thinning and polishing workshop is currently equipped with a semi-automatic etching production line, flat polishing machines, single-tank ultrasonic cleaning machines, flat air knife cleaning machines, automatic (CNC) glass cutting machines, and vertical ovens. At present, it mainly engages in double-sided and single-sided thinning of Corning and other related raw materials, leather texture etching thinning, CD pattern forming thinning, 3D etching technology, 2.5D etching technology, and polishing treatment of the surface after thinning.

Chemical Thinning
Chemical etching is the most effective thinning process, immersing the glass in etching solution to thin the glass thickness in a short time. Kingpin Hui's single glass thinning technology can thin glass of different thicknesses to 0.145mm according to customer requirements; the required size can be customized by the customer.
Physical Polishing
The physical polishing process is mainly used for the surface quality of the glass, smoothing out minor surface defects to achieve flatness that meets optical grade requirements. The required size can be customized by the customer.
Scope of Application
The product is mainly used in the LCD industry requiring ultra-thin glass.
